Refund Policy

  1. Final Sale Policy:
    – All sales for complete health and nutrition consultations are final and non-refundable. Once a consultation has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

  2. Cancellation Policy:
    – If a consultation needs to be canceled for any reason, clients are eligible for a refund of 70% of the initial value of the consultation booked.
    – To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

  3. Refund Process:
    – Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation notice.
    – The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  4. Rescheduling Policy:
    – Clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointments instead of canceling. Rescheduling can be done without any additional charges if communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

  5. No-Show Policy:
    – No refunds will be issued for no-show appointments. Clients who miss their scheduled consultation without prior notice will forfeit the full consultation fee.
